Blogpost # M. 461 DEFERRED INTRODUCTION

It is our view that an individual’s self-image, particularly in the early developmental stages of life, is greatly influenced, if not determined, by the nature of his perceptual interactions with his peers. Such a conception of personal persona by the young person is empirically sophomoric and dynamically changeable in its reflective formation, as derived from the perceived responsive nuance of his peer group.

Our conception of the early development of a consistent and referable self-image persists until the empirical nature of one’s life may conceivably alter or modify such a primarily introspective self-image. The impactful progress of one’s personal life, as a mature student, spouse, parent, and employee, will, by practical necessity, present fresh responsibilities and changes, calling for ubiquitous responsibilities and skills that portend practical changes in one’s previous sense of identity.

The pragmatic result of major changes in one’s personal life, including marriage, children, the vicissitudes of health, and employment, empirically calls for relevant changes in performance and responsibility, and, as a practical result, relevant alterations in the early self-assessment and functional identity of oneself, and major adjustment of self-image and pragmatic identity.

Contemplative individuals who advance their understanding of life and its fortuitous events, positive or negative, by reading good literature and the self-absorbed pursuit of elective interests, thereby acquire an objectively mature perspective on their life and situation and are equipped to participate in society, objectively and acceptably. Thematically, they are also empowered with the skills necessary to objectively perceive themselves, their weak points as well as their strengths, and through empirical experience, get to know themselves on a more intimate level than those hapless individuals who, simply and unthinkingly, “go with the flow.” This subject has provided the fundamental motivation for this blogspace since its inception.

Contextually, the essential, autobiographic images of oneself, at least in part, are temporally reflective of one’s position and role at one’s respective stages of one’s life; colored by ambient circumstances; however, by contrast, in one’s elder years (assuming healthy cognition and acquired perspective). generally free of externally reactive influence, one can, at last, be acquainted with his intrinsic persona , uninfluenced and unaffected by external and pragmatic alteration.

One hopes that the long-delayed meeting will be convivial.
